AN INTRODUCTION TO MY GOOD FRIEND AND TEACHER
DR. WILLIAM HABLITZEL...
There are moments in life when you meet someone and you know in your heart that you have just met a like-minded soul and that the meeting was not an accident. I recall hearing Bill speak at the first meeting of our Spiritual Community in Atlanta Georgia almost a decade ago, noticing how deeply his wisdom and authenticity touched and moved me. How I wished that every physician could hear him share the moving stories of the healing journey of his patients! Then, I felt, and only then, we might be able to bring about some major shifts in the manner in which medicine is practiced by some physicians.
I was struck by his gentleness and compassion, as well as his ability to listen to the wisdom of his Higher Self. Bill knows that healing is about healing the entire being, including the soul. Wayne Dyer describes Bill and his work as "an Angel disguised as a Medical Doctor" – His words will touch your soul.” Dyer is absolutely on target. What I want most for you to know is that Bill is an extraordinary soul who intuitively knows that each soul is precious, has value, needs to be honored and possesses healing wisdom.
When with Bill, you sense that there is something special, even sacred, about this being. His quiet manner, soft-spoken words offered from the heart and his unassuming way allow you to feel extremely comfortable and safe. With Bill, you live in the serenity and timelessness of the present moment. Your soul knows this and it reassures you that all is well.
In Dying Was the Best Thing to Ever Happen to Me and It Was Only a Moment Ago, Bill shares with you compelling, often funny, moving and always beautifully written stories that remind you of your inherent healing power. You find yourself laughing, crying and reflecting on the eternal morsels of wisdom he has gathered from his patients' stories. As a psychologist who emphasizes the need to understand vibration and energy in the mind-body connection, I love that Bill recognizes the importance of energy awareness and consciousness.
Dying Was the Best Thing to Ever Happen to Me and It Was Only a Moment Ago are written with the intention of teaching us valuable spiritual life lessons while reminding us of who we really are. Sales from both books and his speaking engagements enable Bill to run a free clinic for the people of Appalachia who would not otherwise receive medical care. I know few souls as pure, wise and compassionate as this physician, teacher and role model for all of us.

I genuinely hope you have found value in my sharing with you a personal overview of these individuals who have played a powerful role in my own spiritual evolution. Again, I receive nothing for bringing them to your attention, other than experiencing a wonderful sense of pleasure in knowing that you are now aware of their gifts, talents and wisdom. As with everything in life, the direction you now move in is a function of the wisdom of your choices. May you be blessed with all you need for choosing wisely.
